What's Cooking? - Snake Sandwich

We always make this Sandwich for Halloween, Like a sub but creepier. You can use the Snake Sandwich recipe from  My Recipes, or you can embellish it like we do.

Use either 3 1 lb loaves of frozen Pizza dough, or one recipe of our French Baguette dough.

Shape Dough into a slithering snake and press or draw in scales. You can also wash the top of bread with green food coloring, or green tinted eggwash for an extra creepy snake.

Let bread rise and bake until done. After cooling. Slice loaf longways. Fill with your favorite sandwich makings. We use Provolone slices, salami, ham, lettuce, black olives and mild pepper rings, with a chipotle mayonnaise.

Complete with  the Snake with Stuffed Green olives cut in half for eyes, and a Red Pepper tongue.
